Ellenton is a tiny farming town in south Georgia, best reached via US Highway 319 from either Tifton to the north or Thomasville to the south. The community sits at the intersection with State Route 33, which connects east to Moultrie. Most notable as Jackie Robinson's birthplace, with a small memorial commemorating the baseball legend who broke the color barrier in Major League Baseball.
