Elba is a tiny farming town of about 100 people in southeastern Minnesota's Winona County. Located along County Road 74, it's reached via Highway 14 to the north, with Winona 20 miles southeast and Rochester 45 miles west. The post office has operated since the 1870s in the same modest building.
