El Prado Estates is a small desert community of 258 people in Yuma County, about 15 miles northeast of Yuma. Access it via I-8 to Yuma, then northeast on county roads connecting to Highway 95. Popular routes include day trips to Yuma and longer drives to Phoenix or San Diego. The area's large residential lots allow residents to keep horses and livestock.
