Edmonston is a small city of 1,300 people located 10 miles northeast of Washington, D.C., along Interstate 95 in Prince George's County. The main access routes include I-95 for long-distance travel and Route 1 (Baltimore Avenue) for regional connections, with the Capital Beltway providing quick airport access. It's notably the first U.S. municipality to ban pesticides on all property, both public and private.
