Edgewood is a quiet East Texas town of about 2,000 people, located an hour east of Dallas via Interstate 20. Highway 80 runs through the center of town, connecting to Canton and Marshall, while Highway 155 provides access from Tyler. The annual Founder's Day Festival each October brings the community together with live music and barbecue on the main street.
