Eden is a tiny rural community of 20 people in Hancock County, about 20 miles east of Indianapolis via I-70 and local county roads. State Road 9 provides the main north-south connection through the area. The closest services are in Greenfield, 10 miles south. Eden sits along the historic National Road corridor that once carried westward-bound pioneers across Indiana.
