Most visitors exit I-69 at Yorktown and drive east for 10 miles through agricultural countryside. The town sits in flat corn and soybean country with Delaware County Johnson Field airport nearby. Eaton's historic grain elevator towers over the small downtown, serving as a landmark visible for miles across the surrounding farmland.
