Easton is a tiny farming town of 178 people in south-central Minnesota's Faribault County. Take I-35 south from the Twin Cities about 90 miles to Exit 42, then County Road 46 west for 15 miles. The historic grain elevator towers over the flat farmland and serves as a landmark visible for miles in any direction.
