Dysart is a small farming town in east-central Iowa, about 20 miles southwest of Waterloo-Cedar Falls. Highway 21 runs right through town and connects to Highway 57 for easy access from the Cedar Valley. The 1900 Opera House still hosts community events, making it one of Iowa's few continuously operating small-town theaters.
