Durham is a small Washington County city of about 2,000 people located along Highway 99W between Tigard and Lake Oswego. Most visitors drive Highway 99W from Portland (15 miles north) or connect via nearby I-5 interchanges. The area features rolling Tualatin Valley terrain with mild Pacific Northwest weather. Durham houses the world's largest nutcracker collection at the Leavy Oak Museum, with over 6,000 pieces.
