Duquesne is a small city in southwestern Missouri near Joplin, easily reached via I-44 and Highway 43. The town of 2,300 developed around early 1900s zinc mining in the Tri-State District. Its water tower features a distinctive eagle logo that's been a local landmark since the 1960s.
