Dublin sits in central Georgia about 60 miles southeast of Macon, right where US 441 and US 80 cross. Most visitors take US 441 down from Macon or connect via State Route 29 from I-16 to the south. The city hosts one of Georgia's biggest St. Patrick's Day festivals each March and keeps shamrocks painted on its downtown streets year-round.
