Drake is a farming town of 300 people in north-central North Dakota, about 50 miles northwest of Minot via US Highway 52. The town sits at the intersection of US 52 and State Highway 14, serving the surrounding wheat country. It's located near the geographic center of North America, with the actual continental center point marked just northeast of town near Rugby.
