Doylestown is a small farming community in Wayne County, about 20 miles from Akron via State Route 585 north to US 30. The town sits in Ohio's Amish country with rolling hills and dairy farms. Most visitors arrive on SR 585 or nearby Route 57, which connects to I-76 for longer trips. Wayne County Airport lies just northeast of town. The Historic Doylestown Depot, an 1880s railroad station turned museum, anchors the quiet downtown area.
