Dover, a small city in east-central Ohio's Tuscarawas County, sits along Interstate 77 about 90 miles south of Cleveland. US Route 250 runs east-west through downtown, connecting to Canton 25 miles northeast, while State Route 211 heads southeast toward New Philadelphia. The city serves surrounding agricultural areas in the rolling Tuscarawas River valley. Dover's claim to fame is the Warther Museum downtown, showcasing an incredible collection of hand-carved locomotives and pocket knives by master craftsman Ernest "Mooney" Warther.
