Dover is a small Arkansas River Valley town of about 1,800 people, located 20 miles west of Russellville on Highway 64. It sits between the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains in Pope County. The main route is Highway 64 east to I-40 for longer trips, while Highway 333 connects north to Clarksville. The historic downtown preserves several early 1900s buildings from the railroad era.
