Dorchester is a tiny North Texas community of 64 people in Grayson County, positioned between Sherman and Denison. US 75 runs north-south through the area, with Highway 11 providing east-west access to Lake Texoma. Most trips involve short drives to Sherman for services or longer hauls via I-35 to Dallas. The town still operates its own post office, a vestige of its railroad heritage.
