Donaldson is a small Arkansas town of about 400 people, located 25 miles southwest of Little Rock via Highway 270 and Highway 51. The drive from Little Rock takes 45 minutes through rolling hills and farmland. Long-distance travelers typically exit I-30 at Malvern and head north on Highway 51. The town hosts an annual Founder's Day barbecue festival each September.
