Donahue is a small farming town in eastern Iowa, about 15 miles from Davenport via Highway 130. Most people reach it from Interstate 80 at Exit 284, then head north through Scott County farmland. The area serves daily commuters to the Quad Cities and sees regional traffic on US Highway 61 along the Mississippi River corridor. The volunteer fire station doubles as the town's main community meeting space.
