Dolton is a tiny South Dakota city of 21 people in Turner County, near the Minnesota border. Highway 19 runs right through town, connecting to I-29 and US-81 for access from Sioux Falls or Yankton. The community sits in classic prairie farmland with a continental climate. Despite its small size, Dolton still operates its own post office.
