Doddsville is a small Delta farming community in Sunflower County, home to about 260 people and endless cotton fields. Highway 8 provides the main access, connecting to Ruleville (10 miles) and Greenwood (25 miles). The town punches above its weight as headquarters for Staple Cotton Cooperative Association, one of America's largest cotton marketing cooperatives.
