Diamond City is a small Arkansas town of 672 people along the White River, about 20 miles southeast of Harrison via Highway 14. It's the gateway to Bull Shoals Lake and some of Arkansas's best trout fishing. Most visitors drive from Harrison or take US-65 north from Little Rock to Marshall, then Highway 14 west. The White River below Bull Shoals Dam has produced world-record brown and rainbow trout.
