Dendron is a small Surry County town of 300 people along the James River in Virginia's Tidewater region. Take Route 10 west from Williamsburg (45 minutes) or US 360 east from Richmond to Route 10 south (50 miles). The town sits near Chippokes Plantation State Park, home to one of Virginia's oldest continuously operating farms from 1619.
