Daykin is a tiny farming town of about 200 people in southeastern Nebraska's Jefferson County. Take Highway 15 north from Fairbury (8 miles) or connect via US-136 from Beatrice or Hastings. The grain elevator towers over the prairie, visible for miles as you approach on Highway 15.
