Danbury is a tiny farming town in southwestern Nebraska's Red Willow County, home to just 70 residents. Highway 34 runs right through town, connecting McCook 15 miles east to the Colorado border. Most visitors come from McCook for gas and basics, though some pass through on the scenic route between North Platte and Denver. The Community Center hosts the town's annual harvest festival each fall.
