Dalton is a small borough about 15 miles north of Scranton in Pennsylvania's Lackawanna County. Take I-81 north to Exit 199, then PA Route 6 west for three miles. The town sits in the rolling Endless Mountains foothills and serves as a quiet bedroom community. Most notable is the 1936 Dalton Elementary School, a WPA-era building with distinctive Art Deco features.
