Custer City is a small Oklahoma plains town where Highway 183 and Highway 33 meet, about 20 miles from Clinton and I-40. Most visitors come from Oklahoma City (90 minutes) or use it as a stop between larger cities. The town's standout feature is its 1930s WPA stone community building made from local sandstone.
