Curryville is a small Pike County community of 199 people about 60 miles northwest of St. Louis. Highway 161 runs north-south through town, connecting to Bowling Green and Hannibal, while Route 54 provides east-west access. The rolling hills and farmland of eastern Missouri surround this rural spot near the Mississippi River valley. The town's general store has operated continuously since 1869 from its original brick building.
