Cramerton is a small textile town along the Catawba River, about 20 miles west of Charlotte via I-85. Exit 26 connects to Highway 279 south, making it a popular commuter route to Charlotte. The restored 1906 Cramerton Mills complex now houses shops and restaurants along the scenic riverfront.
