Craig is a small fishing town on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska, reachable only by ferry from Ketchikan or small plane to nearby Klawock Airport. Local roads connect to other island communities through the Tongass National Forest, with Route 924 providing the main link to Klawock Airport 7 miles north. The town operates one of Alaska's last working sawmills.
