Cozad is a small Nebraska town where US Highway 30 and Nebraska Highway 21 intersect in the Platte River valley. It's about 60 miles west of Grand Island and 40 miles east of North Platte on the historic Lincoln Highway. The town sits exactly on the 100th Meridian, the geographical line that divides America's humid east from its arid west, marked by the local 100th Meridian Museum.
