Cordova is a farming town of 131 people in south-central Nebraska, about 25 miles west of Lincoln on Highway 34. Most traffic comes from nearby Seward (8 miles) or continues west toward York. The town sits in prime corn and soybean country with wide-open prairie views. The grain elevator towers over everything else, marking this agricultural community from miles away.
