Coolidge is a small farming town in southwest Georgia, about 12 miles north of Thomasville via US 319. The main routes are US 319 running north-south and State Route 188 going east-west. From Atlanta, take I-75 south to Tifton, then US 319 south for about 3.5 hours total. The town was named after President Calvin Coolidge and still has its old railroad depot from the Atlantic Coast Line.
