Conway is a tiny farming community of 35 people in south-central Iowa's Taylor County. Reach it via Highway 2, either from Bedford (10 miles southeast) or from I-35 via Lamoni. The town sits amid rolling cornfields at about 1,200 feet elevation. Most notable is its preserved one-room schoolhouse from the early 1900s.
