Convoy is a small farming town of about 1,000 people in west-central Ohio's Van Wert County. Located along the historic Lincoln Highway (US 30), it sits between Fort Wayne, Indiana (20 miles west) and Lima, Ohio (25 miles east). State Route 49 runs north-south through town, connecting to Van Wert 12 miles south. The restored 1920s grain elevator serves as a towering landmark visible for miles across the flat agricultural landscape.
