Congress is a tiny farming community of 93 people in Wayne County, Ohio, reached via State Route 226 from Wooster about 15 miles southwest. It sits in scenic agricultural country roughly 60 miles south of Cleveland, surrounded by rolling fields and woodlands typical of north-central Ohio. The original 1875 one-room schoolhouse still stands in the community.
