Combine is a small East Texas city about 25 miles southeast of Dallas, accessible via I-20 east to FM 148 or through Highway 34. With around 2,800 residents, it sits in typical North Texas prairie country. The town got its unusual name from a farming equipment manufacturer that operated here in the early 1900s.
