Cobbtown is a farming community of 568 people in southeastern Georgia's Tattnall County. Take US 280 through town, connecting to I-16 via US 301 north through Statesboro (25 miles). From Vidalia, it's 20 miles southeast on US 280. The town centers around its 1936 red brick schoolhouse, now a community center hosting the annual Heritage Festival.
