Coatsburg is a tiny farming community of about 200 people in western Illinois, 25 miles northeast of Quincy via Route 96. Most visitors come through Quincy, which has the regional airport about 30 miles southwest. The town sits in rolling prairie country near Camp Point Creek, and its main street still has the original brick paving from the early 1900s railroad era.
