Clyde is a tiny farming community in northwest Missouri with just 39 residents, reached via State Route 46 from Maryville about 15 miles southeast. From Kansas City, take I-35 north to Cameron, then US 136 west and Route 46 north through corn and soybean country. The area's 1902 one-room schoolhouse still stands as a piece of rural Missouri history.
