Clinton is a small Wisconsin city along the Rock River, about 45 miles from Madison and 70 miles from Milwaukee. Take I-43 to Highway 140 for the most direct route, or use Highway 11 for east-west travel through Janesville and Lake Geneva. The restored 1890s railroad depot downtown now serves as the visitor center.
