Clinton is a tiny riverside community of 82 people in Armstrong County, about 45 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. Reach it via US Route 422 to local roads heading toward the Allegheny River, or take PA Route 28 north from Pittsburgh through the river valley. The town sits right on the Allegheny River, connected to West Virginia by a narrow one-lane steel truss bridge.
