Clinton is a small Summit County community between Akron and Canton in northeastern Ohio. State Route 619 runs through town, connecting to I-77 about 10 miles east for north-south travel and I-76 about 15 miles north for east-west routes. The area maintains its rural character with rolling farmland and wooded areas typical of northeastern Ohio. Clinton Cemetery holds graves of the county's earliest settlers from the 1800s.
