Clearbrook is a small farming town in northwestern Minnesota, about 45 miles from Grand Forks, North Dakota via Highway 2. The main route from Minneapolis takes Highway 10 northwest to Wadena, then Highway 71 north and Highway 34 west to reach Highway 2. Local traffic uses Highway 92, which runs through town along the Clearwater River. The bright blue water tower with white lettering serves as a landmark visible across the flat agricultural landscape.
