Clark is a small farming town in northeastern South Dakota, home to about 1,400 people and serving as the Clark County seat. US Highway 212 runs right through town, making it an easy 30-minute drive west from Watertown or 45 minutes east from Aberdeen. The 1908 courthouse with its distinctive clock tower dominates the town square and can be spotted from miles away across the flat prairie.
