Circleville is a tiny farming town in northeastern Kansas, home to fewer than 200 people in Jackson County's rolling agricultural landscape. Reach it via US Highway 75 and State Route 9, about 15 miles northwest of Holton. The community centers around an 1880s limestone schoolhouse built from locally quarried stone.
