Cimarron City is a tiny Logan County community about 30 miles north of Oklahoma City along the Cimarron River. Most visitors take I-35 north to Guthrie, then Highway 33 west, or use Highway 77 north from the metro area. The nearest airport is Guthrie-Edmond Regional, about 20 miles southeast. The Cimarron River creates a distinctive green corridor through the prairie landscape.
