Cicero is a lakeside town in Hamilton County, about 30 miles north of Indianapolis via State Road 19 and I-465. Located on Morse Reservoir, this community of 5,500 offers a quieter alternative to bigger Hamilton County cities while maintaining easy highway access. Most visitors arrive via Keystone Avenue north from Indianapolis or State Road 32 from Noblesville. The highlight is Morse Beach, a public swimming area on the 1,500-acre reservoir.
