Chouteau is a small Oklahoma town of about 2,100 people, located 45 miles southeast of Tulsa via US-69 south and Highway 20 east. It sits in the green hills of Mayes County and serves as a gateway to Grand Lake O' the Cherokees recreation area. The town is home to MidAmerica Industrial Park, one of America's largest inland ports.
