Choudrant is a small Lincoln Parish community about 10 miles southeast of Ruston via Highway 33. Most visitors come from Interstate 20 at Exit 85 or from Monroe on US 80. The town of 1,300 sits among rolling hills where pine forests meet farmland. Its annual June Peach Festival celebrates heritage peach trees that still line some streets from the area's early 1900s fruit-farming days.
